ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to produce the petitioner's Computer Based Test Response sheet along with petitioners recorded mouse activities from the server and provide counseling to Petitioner's based on the marks secured in the CBT for posts included in Combined Technical Service Examination (Diploma/ ITI level) through a Notification 10/2025 Dated 13.06.2025 by considering the Petitioners email representation dated 28.02.2026 and 04.03.2026, Consequently direct the respondent to publish the final answer key, final selected candidates details, and appoint the Petitioner based on the marks secured if petitioner comes under zone of consideration for the Notification No.10/2025 dated 13.06.2025.

2. At the threshold, during the course of argument the learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer only to the extent of furnishing of Computer Based Test Response sheet alone.

Mr.V.Pannerselvam, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-TNPSC submitted that an opportunity was afforded to the petitioner through press release No.140 of 2025 dated 13.10.2025 to download their response portions through their one time registration ID, by paying the required fees during the period between 13.10.2025 and 11.11.2025.

4. Having taken note of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that unfortunately, the petitioner missed the said opportunity and a final opportunity may be given to the petitioner to have access to the computer-based response sheet of the petitioner.

5. Mr.V.Panneerselvam, learned Standing Counsel 3/6

submitted that incase if the petitioner makes any representation by paying the requisite fees, the respondent Commission would consider the said request to furnish the Computer based Responses Response sheet of the petitioner at the earliest.

In the light of the above, without going into the merits of matter, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondent Commission (TNPSC) within a week from today and on submission of such representation, the respondent Commission shall consider and furnish the Computer Based Test Response sheet of the petitioner by collecting the requisite fees and penalty, if any. No costs.
