The Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records from the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Oo.Ni.6/2511/2015, dated 08.06.2015 viz., 2nd order and to quash the same as it is offending provisions of Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 produced an order passed by the third respondent, dated 03.08.2015, wherein it has been stated that the Cheque Signing power was given to the petitioner. 3.In view of the order passed by the third respondent dated 03.08.2015, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
