The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the first respondent to direct the third respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 04.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that for the same occurrence on the complaint lodged by the petitioner's friend, by name, Baskaran, the respondent Police have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

already registered a case in Crime No.52 of 2016, under Sections 147, 304(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C. Furthermore, a counter case is also pending against the petitioner in Crime No.51 of 2016, before the third respondent and in both cases final reports have been filed.
