[Order of the Court was made by T.KRISHNAVALLI, J] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed in C.No.39/Detention/C.P.O/T.C/2017, dated 08.09.2017 by the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Advisory Board has found sufficient grounds for revocation of the Detention Order of Silambarasan, the son of the petitioner herein and the Advisory Board had recommended for revocation of the order of detention, dated 08.09.2017. Accordingly, the Government itself has revoked the orders of detention by the order in G.O.Rt.No.5156, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XII) Department, dated 27.10.2017. He has also produced a copy of the said Government Order. 3.In view of the order of revocation already passed, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as no further order is necessary.
