ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide sufficient police protection to the petitioner for the eviction of the third respondent from the petitioner's temple property as per representation by the petitioner dated 18.06.2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that already the third respondent vacated the premises of the petitioner is not required.
