ORDER

****** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu. Her husband was working at Saudi. He returned home on 28.09.2017 and stayed with the petitioner and their children. While so, on 02.10.2017, he left home with Rs.55,000/- cash for booking return ticket and has not returned home. Since his whereabouts were not known, the petitioner preferred a complaint with the respondent police and a case has ben registered in Crime No.456/2017 on 05.10.2017. Since no effective steps were taken, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the detenu has been produced by the respondent police. On enquiry, the detenu categorically stated that due to some misunderstanding, he left to Kollam, Kerala State and now, expressed his willingness to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

go along with the petitioner.

3. In view of the said statement, we are of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
