ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to take necessary action and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court in Crime No.201 of 2019, within the time stipulated by this Court, on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 17.06.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9562 of 2019 the investigation in Crime No.201 of 2019, on the file of the 2nd respondent has been completed and laid charge sheet on 07.09.2019, before the Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil and the same was pending in E.No.139 of 2019.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil, is directed to complete the trial in E.No.139 of 2019, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
