ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to provide the information as per their own proceedings No.Oo.Mu.No.Z2/1451/2022 dated 21.01.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.Muthuvelan, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3.According to the petitioner, even though the second respondent has agreed to provide information as sought for by the petitioner, by his order dated 21.01.2022, till date, the information has not been provided.
4.However, as seen from the typed set of papers, there is a communication dated 06.02.2022 issued by the second respondent intimating the petitioner that it is not possible to furnish information as sought for by the petitioner.

W.P.[MD]No.8598 of 2022 5.Since there is no representation submitted by the petitioner subsequent to the order dated 21.01.2022, passed by the second respondent, this Court is of the considered view that fresh representation will have to be given seeking implementation of the order dated 21.01.2022 passed by the second respondent. 6.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner agrees for the same.
7.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation seeking for information as agreed by the second respondent on 21.01.2022 within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the said representation, the first respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter.
8.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
