This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to secure the Accused Nos. 1 to 11 in Crime No. 102 of 2019, dated 07.06.2019, for the offences under Sections 147, 323, 324, 342, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC on the file of the second respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that they completed investigation in Crime No. 102 of 2019 and closed as 'mistake of fact'.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the second respondent is directed to serve R.C.S notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
