Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other Writ, Direction or Order in the nature of Writ, calling for the records of the Ka.No.0251/NiPi1/NiVu1/Go.Va.Vae/2015 dated 11.03.2015 passed by the Respondent and quash the same and directing the Respondent to issue an order of appointment on compassionate ground to the Petitioner. ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.PARANJOTHI, Advocate for M/S.KBS LAW OFFICE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.N.SATHEESH KUMAR, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 754 days in re-presenting the W.A.[MD]SR.No.62718 of 2021.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Since the delay of 754 days is huge, for which though some reasons have been stated, we feel that, the delay if at all to be allowed, is to be allowed on terms.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on condition 2/4
