Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to change the name of the Property Tax Assessment No.145/030/00080 for the house property in Door No.28A, New Door No.124, Puthurmanai 1st Street, Puliyur Village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tenkasi District and Property Tax Assessment No.145/030/00079 for the house property in Old Door No.28B/2, New Door No.120, Puthurmanai 1st Street, Puliyur Village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tenkasi District as per the Decree and Judgment in O.S.No.285/2016 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi dated 05.10.2020 and Registered Document No.495/2022, by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2022 and petitioner application, within the period as stipulated by this Court.
