ORDER

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 11.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. On reading of the complaint, dated 11.02.2016, it is seen that the dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party is civil in nature and in order to give criminal colour to it, the petitioner stated that her hand-bag was caught by the opposite party. this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
