PRAYER :- For bail in Crime No. 215 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to the Judicial custody on 30.03.2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 392 & 397 of IPC in Crime No.215 of 2021 seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 30.03.2021 at about 10.00 a.m, the defacto complainant while returning the home, the accused persons way laid the defacto complainant, stolen a sum of Rs.500 at knife point and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the present complaint lodged against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner was in judicial custody from 30.03.2021. Hence, he prays for grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner way laid the defacto complainant and also robbed a sum of Rs.500 at knife point. He would further submit that there is one previous case pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehementaly opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts that there is one previous case pending against the petitioner and the petitioner has involved in very serious offence, this Court is not inclined to grant of bail to the petitioner.
