This petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 21.01.2016 and proceed with the same as per law within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.01.2016, enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed on 11.02.2016. A copy of the closure report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
