The petition has been filed for a direction to direct the Judicial Magistrate Theni to expedite the trial in C.C.no.14 of 2012 and complete the trial within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that the occurrence in this case was of the year 1999 and final report has been filed in C.C.No.14 of 2012 before the Judicial Magistrate, Theni.
4. In view of the above, the trial Court is directed to expeditiously complete the trial within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
