This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order passed in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.68 of 2019 dated 02.03.2020 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, main suit in O.S.No.68 of 2019 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, was disposed of on 11.12.2023 and the respondent herein has already preferred First Appeal.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty of this Court to file appropriate application seeking the same relief as sought for in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
