ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 02.02.2024 in W.P(MD)No.22916 of 2023 by the respondents.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the Writ Appeal in W.A. (MD)No.1347 of 2024 and C.M.P.(MD)No.10504 of 2024 has been preferred as against the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.22916 of 2023 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court was pleased to pass an order of interim stay on 24.09.2024.
