ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.24 of 2015 on the file of the respondent herein for offences under sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC against the accused person within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that after completing investigation, the case has been closed as Mistake of Fact as early as on 02.04.2015 itself. A copy of the closure report has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
