O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 04.02.2016, it is seen that the petitioner handed over his two vehicles for sale to the opposite party and the petitioner's vehicles were sold to the lesser price and in order to give a criminal colour, the petitioner has given a complaint. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to give a direction to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.02.2016. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
