This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 28.01.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 28.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 12.03.2016 and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
