Prayer : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code to call for the records and set aside the judgment and decree in A.S.No.02 of 2018 dated 20.11.2019, learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur, by confirming the decree and judgment of the District Munsif Court, Thirvaiyaru, in O.S.No.126 of 2013 dated 21.09.2017.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to call for the records and set aside the judgment and decree in A.S.No.02 of 2018 dated 20.11.2019, learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur, by confirming the decree and judgment of the District Munsif Court, Thirvaiyaru, in O.S.No.126 of 2013 dated 21.09.2017.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the entire amount has been settled by him and therefore, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
