O R D E R

The petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4, who were arrested on 11.04.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 294 (b), 324, 302 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.195 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent police. 3.The case of the prosecution is that due to land dispute, the petitioners along with other accused attempted to assault one Kumaralekkan and attacked one Suriya with wooden log on his head. Hence, the present case.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that none of the petitioners attacked the deceased and the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the prosecution and the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the petitioners have been in judicial custody from 11.04.2021. Therefore, they seek bail.

5.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation in this case is not yet completed. Therefore, he strongly opposes this petition. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the investigation in this case is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
