ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.134 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet also filed before the concerned trial Court.
