This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 19.01.2019.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier the petitioner has given a complaint against the respondents 3 to 5 before the second respondent and that was not enquired into and hence, he has approach the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., and the learned Judicial Magistrate, by an order dated 10.04.2019, directed the second respondent to conduct a preliminary enquiry and file a report. Despite the same, so far no enquiry was conducted. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that now the complaint of the petitioner has been enquired into and closed by the second respondent police and he has also produced the copy of the closure report.
