ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.1 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 294(b), 323, 427, 448 and 506(ii) in Crime No.87 of 2024, dated 30.03.2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 29.03.2024 the petitioner along with other accused went to a private Bar at Alagiyapandiyapurram, Kanyakumari District and picked up a quarrel with the Manager and the staff of the Bar. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is involved in the following criminal cases:- S.No. Crime Numbers Name of Police Stations Offences 1.
