ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The impugned proceedings do not call for any interference. The authorities have only directed the petitioner to obtain permission from the third respondent.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has approached the third respondent vide application dated 20.02.2023. The third respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioner's application and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The right of the petitioner will abide by the order to be 2/4

passed by the third respondent. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
