Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records made in Na.Ka.No.122/2013/A3 dated 18.05.2015 passed by the respondent Quash the same and further direct the respondent to issue Community Certificate to the Children of the petitioner namely Kalimuthu Murugeswari as Malaivedan Community declared as Scheduled Tribe forthwith. For Petitioner :Mr.M.V.Venkataseshan For Respondents : Mr.M.Alagathevan, Special Government Pleader.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The matter relates to issuance of community certificate. The petitioner sought community certificate to his children as Malaivedan community which has been rejected by the Revenue Divisional Officer, the respondent herein.

2.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that as against the order of the second respondent, appeal remedy is available to the District Collector.

3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. It is always open to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Collector. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 are closed.
