ORDER

This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.144/2019 from the file of third respondent to the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.11.2021, the learned Government Advocate submitted that based upon the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of investigation, it was found to be mistake of fact. On that ground, final report was filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant, who is the petitioner herein. 3. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this petition has become infructuous.
