This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.549 of 2010, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sannarpatti Police Station, Dindigul District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the course of investigation, it was found that the complaint that has been given by the defacto complainant, was closed as 'further action dropped', on 31.05.2018 and RCS notice has also been served upon the defacto complainant.

3.Since the complaint given by the defacto complainant has been closed as 'further action dropped', nothing survives for further adjudication or further consideration in this petition. Hence, the petition has become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
