PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticpatory Bail in Crime No.165 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.165 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant and his sisters 1/3

were travelling in a two wheeler and the accused persons came in an auto. Both vehicles dashed against each other, subsequently, accused persons abused the defacto complainant and his sisters, assaulted on his private part and thereby, caused injuries.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent submits that the petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the defacto complainant and caused injuries.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the nature of injuries suffered by the defacto complainant, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
