This Petition has been filed to recall the Non Bailable Warrant pending against the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.342 of 2014 in M.C.No.12 of 1994 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that due to non-payment of the arrears amount, the order has been passed by the trial Court.

4.In the petition the petitioner has stated that based upon the false document, the order has been passed by the concerned Court. But, the same cannot be decided by this Court. 5.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
