No. 382/1A2, situated at Thisaiyanvilai Village, and Taluk, Tirunelveli District, as per the Circular No.1839/C1/12, dated 25.04.2012 and the Circular No. 25600/C1/18, dated 07.06.2018 issued by the 1st respondent. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the statutory appeal filed by him pending on the file of the second respondent. 2.The petitioner seeks for cancellation of document executed in favour of the fourth respondent on the ground that the said document is a fraudulent document.
3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's statutory appeal is disposed of early by the second respondent, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and any other necessary party, whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire.
4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal in Na.Ka.No. 5050/A3/2021-1, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, fourth respondent as well as any other necessary party, whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire. 5.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
