ORDER

The petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to give a police protection to the petitioner to construct his house. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that the property in dispute belong to his wife and that the neighbours are unnecessarily disturbing the petitioner. In a case of this nature, where there is a dispute between two parties, this Court cannot issue any direction and hence, the petitioner is directed to move the appropriate civil Court. With the above observation, this criminal original petition is closed.
