PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to call for the records in C.C.No.748/2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, and quash the same by allowing the above Criminal Original Petition.

ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in C.C.No.748 of 2025, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, wherein the petitioners are charged with the offences under Sections 115(2), 118(1) and 296(b) of BNS, 2023.
2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
3. Today the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
4. Considering the above said facts, the charge sheet in C.C.No.748 of 2025, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, is hereby quashed.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of the order. 27.03.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
