ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and interfere with the petitioner's business.

2.According to the petitioner, he is running a Bakery shop at Theni Main Road near Usilampatti Bus stand. Since so many hospitals are situated in that area, for the purpose of public convenience, the petitioner opens the shop till 12 00 p.m. in the night. Now the third respondent is threatening the petitioner and also precepting him to close the shop at 10.30 p.m. itself and also not permitting him to open the shop till 12:00 p.m. in the night. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the third respondent / Traffic Sub Inspector is present before this Court and submitted that he is not interfering with the petitioner's business and he is only doing the patrol duty and check the traffic and other things. He further submitted that he is not harassing the petitioner.

4.Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the third respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner and interfere with the petitioner's business.
