O R D E R

The petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to take suitable action against the above accused and consequently provide adequate police protection for the life and limbs of the petitioner and his co-sharers based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.03.2016.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the 3rd and 4th respondents are coercing the petitioner to sell his share of the property to them and therefore, the petitioner has come up with this petition for a direction to life and limb.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.47 of 2015.

4. The respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.47 of 2015 and provide protection to the life and limb of the petitioner against any aggression or threat from any one including the respondents 3 and 4.

With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
