ORDER:- This Petition coming up for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court dated 10/09/2019 and the requisition letter in D.No.4866, dated 04/08/2020 submitted by the I Additional District Judge, Madurai, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 10.09.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Calender Case in C.C.No.8 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.4866/2020, dated 04.08.2020, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 10.09.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
