This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 06.02.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 06.02.2016, it is seen that this petitioner had entered into an agreement with the opposite party on 09.04.2014 for selling a house and seems to have received a sum of Rs.14,10,000/- from the opposite party and he has not come forward to execute the sale deed and when the opposite party demanding for return of money, the petitioner stated that he was intimidated.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the complaint dated 06.02.2016, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to give a direction to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.02.2016. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
