Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the fourth respondent in Pr.Ag(A&E) Legal cell/WP(MD) 15206/2014/2014-15/2219/1442-61 dated 9.2.2015 and quash the same and directing the respondents to grant pensionary benefits to the petitioner from the date of his retirement taking into account his entire period of service including 50% his service as Part time panchayat clerk from 1.1.1981 to 31.1.1995 (i.e., 14 years and 1 month) and to make necessary revision in the pension payment order already issued in his favour.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition pensionary benefits due to the writ petitioner are settled. Thus, the grievance of the writ petitioner are already redressed and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
