ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner for enquiry and harassed her under the guise of enquiry, in respect of a civil dispute.

would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed. He has further submitted that since the complaint has already been closed, there is no scope for harassment at all.
