O R D E R

The petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent herein to provide adequate protection to the petitioner and her mother through the 2nd respondent herein based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.02.2016.

2. It is seen that Meena/3rd respondent had lodged a complaint against this petitioner and this petitioner has lodged a complaint against Meena and both the complaints were enquired and they were closed by the respondent police on 07.03.2016. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police exclusively. If there is any threat to the life and limb to the petitioner, it is needless to say that the petitioner can lodge a fresh complaint to the respondent police and the respondent police shall enquire into the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above observation, this criminal original petition is closed.
