This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.51 of 2018 within a stipulated time.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the crime was registered in the year 2018, so far no investigation has been conducted by the second respondent. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that now the investigation is in progress and the second respondent will file a final report within a period of one month.

4. Recording the above said submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.51 of 2018 and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
