O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.Vimala,J.,) The petitioner, who is the mother of detenue, has moved this petition for a direction to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to produce her daughter, namely, Meena aged about 20 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. According to the petitioner / mother of detenue, her daughter Meena / detenue herein, who is aged about 20 years, has been working in a beauty parlour at K.K.Nagar, Madurai and on 17.10.2017, she was found missing. Since they suspected that the detenue has been illegally detained by the third respondent, who is none other than the husband of the detenue's sister, a complaint was lodged before the 2nd respondent against the third respondent. Even thereafter, the petitioner was not able to trace out the whereabouts of the detenue and therefore, having left with no other alternative remedy, she is before this Court, seeking for the above direction.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced both the detenue, namely, Meena and the third respondent before this Court.
4. On being enquired with the detenue, she has expressed her willingness to go with her parents and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
5. Considering the fact that the detenue, namely, Meena has attained majority and also the fact that she is desirous to accompany her parents, she is set at liberty to act as per her own wish.
6. The Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
