This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to register a complaint upon the representation of the petitioner dated 24.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 24.02.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 20.02.2016 and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
