*********** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenue, by name Kasthuri, wife of Ilango, aged 45 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that the detenue was arrested in connection with a case in Crime No.102 of 2017, for offences under Sections 392, 397 and 506(ii) IPC, produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.lI, Kulithalai and remanded to judicial custody. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
