Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent/police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417 & 42 of IPC in Crime No.31 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner is shown as second accused. The modus operandi of the accused is to approach the Tiles traders and after holding out false sureties, make them to sell goods on credit basis. But, there is no intention to settle the amount. It is seen that the petitioner and the co-accused have involved in similar cases in earlier occasions.

3.Taking into account of the above conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
