Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to proceed with Cricketing fixtures considering the rights relating to life safety liberty equality and dignity of the individual players as guaranteed by the Constitution of India or embodied in International covenants enforceable by Indian Courts as per Section 2(1)(d) of the Human Rights Act 1993.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to proceed with Cricketing fixtures considering the rights relating to life, safety, liberty, equality and dignity of the individual players as guaranteed by the Constitution of India or embodied in International covenants enforceable by Indian Courts as per Section 2 (1)(d) of the Human Rights Act 1993.

interest much better than the petitioner.
3.There is no reason to entertain the present writ petition in public interest. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
