This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Thanjavur to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.305 of 2017 and to pass orders within a stipulated time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that some of the witnesses have been examined in this case.

4. Considering the above said facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Thanjavur is directed to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.305 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
