ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.175 of 2015 within a stipulated time.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the crime was registered in the year 2015, so far no investigation has been conducted by the respondent police. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that now the investigation is in progress and the respondent police will file a final report within a period of one month.

4. Recording the above said submission, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.175 of 2015 and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
