ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned cancellation of appointment order passed by the fifth respondent, dated 20.02.2021 and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of Constable (GD) in CAPFs/NIA/SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles in the year 2018. 2/5

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been already appointed in the fifth respondent office and the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
